So I'm new, and I have an oc, and I've read the guidelines, but I was wondering if there is anything else I need to do in order to make a page? (other than following the page creation rules and other guidelines) Also does my oc have to follow any specific rules? (Like can't be in an AU and can't be [insert species example] and whatnot)

So before making a page on my character, I want everybody to rate him -10 to 10.

Here is a little info on him. Stats: DF 10 AT 2.5 HP 50,000,000,000. Age:8 Soul type: Half red half blue Human or Monster: Human Special Abilities: Unlike most humans, he can use magic. He can use any kind of magic but other people's special attacks. He is not a protecter of just AU's, but ALL video games and their fan games, but he came from the space inbetween the AU's. Weaknesses: His attacks will be easier if you use Insult. Weapon: Red and blue blade Armor: red and blue armor. Smartness: Gigantic smartness. Looks: his entire body is half red half blue, but his hair is black.
