Phemis Plumera is an recurring character created by Doc Melonhead. He’s one of the twin Chimera Plushies that were separated later on. He is now residing within CyberCity as a Librarian.
Biography[]
He was a one of a pair of plush toys purchased by a Hometown Lightner and were brought to life within the Library’s computer room, when the Dark fountain erupted. There he live his days as a librarian who manage the information within the City.

Appearance[]
A small Plush toy wearing a pair of Gold vest over a buttoned up red shirt and pants. He have curly Jet Black hair and Blue skin. He have Claws for hands, Crow feet’s, a scorpion with a claw at the end, and a pair of fish fins for wings. He also have pointy ears and sharp fangs.
Personality[]
He’s organized and dedicated, often knowledgeable on the subjects found within the archive of the world wide webs. However this lead to him being egotistical to the point that some might call him a “SmartAss”. Though he prefer to work alone, he doesn’t mind the company of others, even if his lack of social skills tends to bite him every now and then.

- Tail Grab: Use the claw at the end of his tail to chuck his foes away.
- Claw swipe: Slash foes with his extendable claws.
- Minty breath: Breathes freezing gas on his foes.
