President NEO is a fusion between Mettaton from the King Mettaton neutral ending and Spamton NEO. He came to be when the loaded disk ended up inserted into Mettaton, which fused the 2 beings together. He conquers universes, converting them into "a paradise of glitter, glamour and capitalism", as he describes it. However, in reality they are dystopias he rules over them like a dictator, even though he genuinely believes they're improvements.
Biography[]
NEO was created when a bored Frisk Out!Code became curious what would happen if Spamton was inserted into Mettaton. They chose one from a post-neutral ending, and the 2 merged into one being as a result. Already being ruler of the Underground, he used this power immediately to make it more to the liking of the Spamton part of them, which surprisingly improved things in the Underground somewhat. When Ink Alphys paid a visit to investigate, he stole one of her multiversal transporters and decided to make all universes into such a "paradise" like the one he created.

President NEO has the face and glasses of Spamton, with the haircut of Mettaton EX. His body is the EX body with NEO's wings.
Personality[]
NEO's personality is a mixture of Mettaton's ego and Spamton's desire to be big and free. Mettaton's grief over Alphys is still somewhat present, although buried deep inside, only showing as a soft spot for the lizard.
His speech patterns are a fusion of Mettaton's and Spamton's, and some of his bracket text now consists of quotes from movies.
