– Gaster when taking over True Fatal's body for the final time
True Fatal Error is an Out!Code created by KingOfVideoGaming. He is the result of Geno's mind being taken over by Gaster in a desperate attempt to escape the save screen. He shares powers with Gaster, however he is hardly in control of his own mind, making these powers harder to use. If sans shows any extreme emotion, it gives a chance for Gaster to take control of his mind, which means that sans has to always keep a neutral tone otherwise risking being controlled by Gaster.
Story[]
One day in the save screen, Geno met a strange man. This man offered a deal to him. He would escape the save screen, and all it took was a favor. Of course, Geno excepted. Gaster imminently 'killed' him (like how error did in the fatal error timeline). When Geno woke up, there was a large crack in his skull, and strings were all through his skull. G explained that he was now out of the save screen, but this is not what Geno wanted. Geno called the deal off, but it was too late. Due to his anger, Gaster immediately took control of his mind to experiment with alternate universes by introducing hostile entities into them. Sans eventually regained control, but not before the universe was in ruin. This cycle would repeat multiple times before true fatal tried to intervene, but to no avail. Now, true fatal wonders in and out of universes, trying to keep a calm temper, but when he gets angry, Gaster will take over, and possibly cause major damage to multiple timelines.

Personality[]
True fatal is just sans. He is less 'optimistic' that classic and knows more about the timelines. He is scared of CORE Frisk for no apparent reason. His Gaster side shows no mercy and likes to create 'scenarios' in timelines. Gaster shows no care, even when destroying AU's like Underswap if it is for 'scientific research'.
Appearance[]
For the most part, he still has the appearance of Geno!Sans. However, the glitch covering his right eye has vanished along with the slash for Chara. He has red in white strings inside of his skull (their only purpose is to show sans that he is not in control anymore) and a large, visible hole on the left side of his skull, where the strings were put in from. His jacket has some small blood stains, though. There is barely any difference when gaster is in control, aside from cracks appearing on his skull when mad, and him sweating much more. When gaster is really mad, his head will start twitching and black goo may come out of his mouth.
Abilities and Weaknesses[]
He has lots of determination. He can use not only his own powers, but also Gaster's powers.
- True Blasters: Gaster blasters that have been edited by gaster to be more destructive.
- Bones: His bones are normally red and white, but there are also his orange and blue bones. He not only has normal bones, but spinning bones, rising bones (like Dusttrust phase 2 type), and many more.
- Strings: These strings can take over or corrupt a monster's mind to fight for him. However, only gaster uses them

Gaster is the person that shares True Fatal's body in exchange for escaping the save screen. Even though sharing the same body, they have very different beliefs and cant get along at all. Gaster can have more control over true's body the more emotional he gets, which is why he has to show little to no emotion.
Core Frisk[]
True Fatal is terrified of Core Frisk, while Gaster is very interested in them. Not much else to say here.
Classic Sans[]
He is friends with Sans and enjoyed his company in the save screen. Unfortunately, it was temporary.
Trivia[]
- Despite sans being scared of Core, Gaster shows great interest in them.
- Gaster knows of the Omega Timeline and attempts to glitch his way into it and manipulate core frisk, so he could experiment on the inhabitants. Frisk knows of his intentions and does not visit him much anymore.
- Obviously, this Gaster is fanon, based on the Gaster from aftertale. Not much is known about Undertale Gaster.
- Gaster is a pro rapper in this timeline.
