William is an Out!Code made by RazeLoverRat. He was first seen in Raze's AU, Undertale New|Undertale New. But since Ò̴̫̽l̸̡̺͐́̚i̴̜̦͂z̴̡̥̑ï̵̛̻ä̶̛̙͔̭́ managed to almost take control of the full AU, William decided it was better to leave and find another place. He now still wanderers around AUs in search of a home and a new diner for him, but he always finds them full (the other AU Diners). He hasn't given up yet, and he currently lives in the Anti-Void.

Appearance[]
William looks similar to Grillby, but instead of fire, he is made out of water. He formerly wears a suit and some ripped jeans. He has black eyes and cyan pupils, his pupils can change form based on Will's emotions:
- Round pupils: Normal
- Heart pupils: Love
- Skull pupils: Embarassed
- Tear-shaped pupils: Crying/Sad
- None: Dead
Personality[]
Unlike his cousin, he actually talks a lot about his diner and former life. Whenever he starts a conversation or talk about a topic, he never stops. But besides this, he is actually really kind-hearted.
Abilities[]
- Water Slashes: William will produce between 7 floating slashes made out of water, they are first seen still in mid-air, but will then charge forward towards the target, dealing in total 20 of damage. (This would insta-kill humans at LV 1)
- N/A: William can summon 6 giant, cyan spikes that emerge out of the ground and hit the target. Dealing them 56 of damage.
- Patience: William, when strongly feeling PATIENT, can gain the Patience trait, which will make him have a new power relating to the trait:
- Patience String: Patience!William will point his finger towards the target, then, his finger will summon a large light-blue string that will take the target and throw them to a wall or the ground. Dealing 15 of damage, but if used correctly, it will deal 22 of damage.

- William can see trought the 4th Wall, he can also be looking at the other side of the screen right now.
- It's unknown how he got this power, but he says he "always had this ability, but hid it from others until now".
- When he is given the nickname "IE!Grillby", IE actually stands for Inverted Element.
- It is currently unknown how he can gain the Patience trait, since Monsters normally cannot have a human trait.
- The color of William's possible trait was not choosen because of the same color, it was purely a coincidence.
